Hi, I’m Gareth and I love bread, who doesn’t??
Not only do I love the taste of bread but I also love baking bread, I love every aspect of it from feeding my starter (Grogu) everyday for the sourdough bakes to mixing the ingredients, watching the bread come alive, bubble to watching it rise in the oven and of course breathing in the delicious fresh baked smells of bread.

I have now from increased demand and pestering decided to start offering my bread to the wider public. After baking from home for the first couple of months me and my other half Clare have been given the opportunity to open up a bakery/coffee shop at the Cross Keys in Llanfynydd which we have called The Smithy. This gives me a bigger kitchen and bigger oven to work from meaning I can now produce more to keep up with demand. Currently we are selling them on a first come first serve basis and will also look into starting up the Pre Orders again in the future once we have settled in. As well as coming in to buy your bread, you can also come in and have a sit down, grab some of Clares cakes and have a cuppa. Look forward to seeign you all.
